HOUSE BILL 2692

 

 

 

AN ACT

 

making APPROPRIATIONs to the department of public safety for the payment of operating expenses.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriations; department of public safety; operating expenses; intent

A.  The sum of $119,247,100 and 1041.7 FTE positions are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2014-2015 and the sum of $119,247,100 and 1041.7 FTE positions are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2015-2016 to the department of public safety for operating expenses.

B.  It is the intent of the legislature that the appropriations made in subsection A of this section are in lieu of any appropriations made from the highway user revenue fund for operating expenses of the department of public safety in fiscal years 2014‑2015 and 2015‑2016.
