AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the department of education for college entrance examinations.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; department of education; college entrance examinations

The sum of $3,100,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2016-2017 to the department of education for distribution to school districts and charter schools to fund the costs for each pupil in grade eleven to take a nationally recognized college entrance examination.
