Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 12, chapter 6, article 12, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 12-721, to read:

START_STATUTE12-721.  Unambiguous contract provisions; validity

An unambiguous provision in a contract is valid and enforceable if the contract was freely negotiated between parties who are each represented by an attorney during the formation or negotiation of the contract unless another statute applies and otherwise renders the provision invalid or unenforceable. END_STATUTE
