AN ACT
amending Title 15, chapter 3, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 15-350.01; relating to school districts.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 15, chapter 3, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-350.01, to read:
15-350.01. Instructional hours; report
On or before June 30 of each year, each school district shall report to the department of education on a form provided by the department the number of hours of instruction by grade level that each school operated by the school district provided during the preceding school year.
