AN ACT

 

amending Title 15, chapter 14, article 6, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 15-1865; relating to postsecondary education.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 15, chapter 14, article 6, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-1865, to read:

START_STATUTE15-1865.  Free speech zone; prohibition; conversion

A.  A community college or university may not designate any area on campus as a free speech zone.

B.  Any free speech zone that exists on the campus of a community college or university on the effective date of this section shall be converted to a monument or memorial. END_STATUTE
