Appropriating monies to the department of administration.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; department of administration; monument honoring victims of 2011 Tucson shootings

The sum of $1,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2016-2017 to the department of administration for distribution to Pima county for the design and construction of a monument that honors the victims of the January 8, 2011 shootings in Tucson and that is constructed on property owned by the county.
