AN ACT
appropriating monies to the department of health services.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; department of health services; information and referral service
The sum of $1,250,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2016-2017 to the department of health services for an information and referral service for health, community, human and governmental services. The department may provide the information and referral service directly or may contract with a private entity to provide the information and referral service.
