AN ACT
amending section 15‑133, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to teacher exchange.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 15-133, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
15-133. Certification required; employment
No an exchange teacher or professor may not be employed in this state unless he the exchange teacher or professor has been issued proper certification and may not be employed for more than one school year, except that, by consent of the governing board or the Arizona board of regents and the two exchange teachers concerned, the period may be extended to two years.
