AN ACT
repealing Laws 2011, chapter 344, section 24; relating to school bonding.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Repeal
Laws 2011, chapter 344, section 24 is repealed.
Sec. 2. Override revenue control limit for fiscal years 2013‑2014, 2014-2015 and 2015-2016
In fiscal years 2013-2014, 2014-2015 and 2015-2016, for the purposes of sections 15-481 and 15-482, Arizona Revised Statutes, and for overrides approved before January 1, 2014, if kindergarten pupils are counted as fractional students, "revenue control limit" means an adjusted revenue control limit calculated using a weighted student count that includes the following Group B weight for kindergarten pupils only:
1. For fiscal year 2013-2014, 1.352.
2. For fiscal year 2014-2015, 0.901.
3. For fiscal year 2015-2016, 0.451.
