AN ACT
appropriating monies to the department of economic security.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriations; department of economic security; area agencies on aging; Indian tribes; senior citizen facility renovation and nutritious food programs; fiscal years 2021-2022, 2022‑2023 and 2023-2024
The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in each of fiscal years 2021-2022, 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 to the department of economic security to distribute to area agencies on aging established pursuant to the older Americans act of 1965 (P.L. 89-73; 79 Stat. 218; 42 United States Code sections 3001 through 3058ff) and Indian tribes located in this state to operate nutritious food programs and to renovate facilities for senior citizens.
