AN ACT

 

amending title 38, chapter 3, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 38-449; relating to public officers and employees.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 38, chapter 3, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 38-449, to read:

START_STATUTE38-449.  Interstate institutions and organizations; legislative approval required

A state officer or state employee shall not participate in any interstate institution or affiliation without the approval of the legislature by legislative enactment.END_STATUTE
