HOUSE BILL 2125

 

 

 

AN ACT

 

Appropriating monies to the departments of economic security and child safety.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Supplemental appropriations; department of economic security; department of child safety; child care assistance

A.  In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2018‑2019, the following sums are appropriated from the federal child care and development fund block grant in fiscal year 2018‑2019 to the following departments for child care assistance:

1.  $48,400,000 to the department of economic security.

2.  $7,400,000 to the department of child safety.

B.  The department may spend the monies appropriated in subsection A of this section in fiscal years 2018‑2019 and 2019‑2020.
