Page 1, line 42, after "has" insert "knowingly"
Line 45, after "resolved" insert "by the principal of the charter school or the superintendent of the school district"
Page 2, lines 1 and 2, strike "the state board of education or"
Line 4, after "is" insert "knowingly"
Line 5, strike "state board or"; after "superintendent" insert "of public instruction"
Line 7, strike "the state board of education or"
Line 10, strike "state board or"; after "superintendent" strike remainder of line; strike lines 11 through 19, insert "of public instruction may inform the family policy compliance office of the United States department of education of a possible violation of the family educational rights and privacy act."
