Page 1, lines 6 and 10, strike “WITH CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES”

After line 12, insert:

“c.  contractors shall report every six months to the administration on the number of times the contractor intervenes each month and the number of times the contractor intervenes for a member on a recurring basis pursuant to this section.”
