Page 1, line 26, after “FACILITY” insert “for an insurance company or its authorized agent”

Page 3, line 46, after the period insert “at the request of the insurance company or its authorized agent submitting an application for a certificate of title under subsection I of this section, the department shall perform a level three inspection as prescribed in section 28-2011.”
