PROPOSED AMENDMENT

SENATE AMENDMENTS TO S.B. 1143

(Reference to printed bill)

 

Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert:

"Section 1.  Title 28, chapter 8, article 7.1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 28-3419, to read:

START_STATUTE28-3419.  Online traffic survival school system

A.  The department shall work with the traffic survival school industry to develop an online traffic survival school system that:

1.  Contains an online management system.

2.  Has security features.

3.  Includes curriculum that the department approves.

4.  Is offered three hundred sixty‑five days each year and twenty‑four hours each day.

B.  The department shall implement the online traffic survival school system described in this section on or before December 31, 2017."END_STATUTE
