PROPOSED AMENDMENT
SENATE AMENDMENTS TO S.B. 1081
(Reference to printed bill)
Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert:
"Section 1. Information technology procurement; special audit
A. The auditor general shall conduct a special audit pursuant to section 41‑1279.03, Arizona Revised Statutes, to review the state procurement of information technology services and materials. The audit shall review and compare the terms and conditions used in solicitations and contracts used in this state and other states.
B. On or before December 31, 2013, the auditor general shall submit a report of the special audit to the governor, the president of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives and provide a copy of this report to the secretary of state."
