Page 2, line 1, strike "a"; strike "hearing" insert "hearings"; strike "once each year" insert "quarterly"

After line 23, insert:

"Sec. 3. Delayed repeal

Section 14-1110, Arizona Revised Statutes, as added by this act, is repealed from and after December 31, 2025."

Amend title to conform

And, as so amended, it do pass
