FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

 

�        Removes section tying contribution limit increases for clean elections candidates to the $100 inflator per election cycle for non-clean elections candidates.

 

�        Removes the exception that would allow a participating candidate to make a payment to a political party in exchange for voter files.
