Page 1, line 22, after "officer" insert "or the person is a former public official"
Page 3, line 10, after "the" insert "former public OFFICIAL,"
Page 4, line 3, after the first "a" insert "former public official,"
Between lines 11 and 12, insert:
"5. 'Former public official' means a person who was duly elected or appointed to congress, the legislature or a statewide office and who ceased serving in that capacity within the previous four years."
