Page 2, line 12, strike "within twenty-four hours"

Line 17, after the period insert "a decision to authorize or deny a prescription shall be made within twenty-four hours, otherwise the prescription order shall be deemed authorized."

Amend title to conform

and, as so amended, it do pass
