Page 1, line 3, after "bridge" insert "; reversion"

Line 4, before "The" insert "A."

After line 8, insert:

"B. If the town of Clarkdale receives federal monies for the project described in subsection A of this section, the town of Clarkdale shall revert to the department of transportation an amount equal to the amount of federal monies received but not more than the total amount appropriated in subsection A of this section.  The department shall revert the amount received from the town of Clarkdale to the state general fund."

Amend title to conform

And, as so amended, it do pass
