AN ACT relating to human trafficking; increasing the minimum prison sentence for human trafficking in the second degree to five years; prohibiting reducing or dismissing human trafficking related charges involving minors as specified; prohibiting expungement of a conviction for human trafficking related offenses; making conforming amendments; and providing for an effective date.
