AN ACT relating to medical assistance and services; amending the Wyoming private hospital assessment act to include healthcare providers affiliated with a hospital and psychiatric residential treatment facilities; increasing permissible administrative fee amounts; increasing assessment amounts; authorizing the department of health to modify payment or qualification provisions as specified; authorizing the department of health to negotiate with the United States department of health and human services as specified; making conforming amendments; providing appropriations; authorizing an additional position; and providing for an effective date.
