AN ACT relating to game and fish; repealing provisions prohibiting the possession of silencers, suppressors or automatic weapons in the game fields and forests; prohibiting the taking of wildlife with automatic weapons; providing an additional penalty for use of silencers or suppressors in the commission of specified hunting violations; providing penalties; and providing for an effective date.
