A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §55-7-32, relating to creating an exception for a public nuisance.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 7. actions for injuries.
§55-7-32. Exception for public nuisance.
A venue for sporting events, including, but not limited to, a venue for motor sport events, so long as the venue in question has been in regular operation hosting sporting events at its current location for a period of two years or more, shall not constitute a public nuisance under this article.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to provide an exception for a public nuisance.
