A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Secretary of State to promulgate a legislative rule relating to voter registration list maintenance by the Secretary of State.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellanous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Secretary of State.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on May 10, 2021, authorized under the authority of §3-2-23a of this code, relating to the Secretary of State (Voter Registration List Maintenance by the Secretary of State, 153 CSR 05), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Secretary of State to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Voter Registration List Maintenance by the Secretary of State.
