A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Commissioner of Agriculture to promulgate a legislative rule relating to grade “A” pasteurized milk.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Commissioner of Agriculture.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on January 7, 2020, authorized under the authority of §19-11E-8 of this code, relating to the Commissioner of Agriculture (grade “A” pasteurized milk, 61 CSR 15), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Commissioner of Agriculture to promulgate a legislative rule relating to grade “pasteurized milk.”
