A BILL to repeal §17-20-1 and §17-20-2 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to the placing of memorial markers along highways and rights-of-way.
§ 1. Repeal of article allowing for roadside memorial markers.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§17-20-1 and §17-20-2 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, are hereby repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal §17-20-1 and §17-20-2, allowing for the placement of roadside memorial markers, from the Code of West Virginia.
