A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Dentistry to promulgate a legislative rule relating to formation and approval of professional limited liability companies.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellanous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. Board of Dentistry.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 26, 2021, authorized under the authority of §31B-13-1304 of this code, modified by the Board of Dentistry to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on September 17, 2021, relating to the Board of Dentistry (Formation and Approval of Professional Limited Liability Companies, 5 CSR 02), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Dentistry to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Formation and Approval of Professional Limited Liability Companies.
