A BILL to amend and reenact §64-5-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Department of Health to promulgate a legislative rule relating to critical access hospitals.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 5. Authorization for Department of Health to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-5-1. Department of Health.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on December 5, 2023, authorized under the authority of §16-5B-14 of this code, relating to the Department of Health (critical access hospitals, 65 CSR 09), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Department of Health to promulgate a legislative rule relating to critical access hospitals.
