A BILL to amend and reenact §64-6-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Fire Commission to promulgate a legislative rule relating to use of aqueous film-forming foam for fire training program purposes.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


ARTICLE 6. Authorization for Department of Homeland Security to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-6-1. Fire Commission.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 27, 2021, authorized under the authority of §29-3-5g of this code, relating to the Fire Commission  (Use of Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AFFF) for Fire Training Program Purposes, 87 CSR 14), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Fire Commission to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Use of Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AFFF) for Fire Training Program Purposes.
