A BILL to amend and reenact §64-2-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Office of Technology to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Chief Information Officer review.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 2. Authorization for Department of Administration to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-2-1. Office of Technology.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 30, 2021, authorized under the authority of §5A-6-4 of this code, modified by the Office of Technology to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on December 16, 2021, relating to the Office of Technology (Chief Information Officer Review , 163 CSR 02), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Office of Technology to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Chief Information Officer Review.
