A BILL to repeal §19-34-1, §19-34-2, §19-34-3, §19-34-4, §19-34-5, §19-34-6, §19-34-7, §19-34-8 and §19-34-9 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the Dangerous Wild Animals Act.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

§1. Repeal of the article creating the Dangerous Wild Animals Act.

            §19-34-1, §19-34-2, §19-34-3, §19-34-4, §19-34-5, §19-34-6, §19-34-7, §19-34-8 and §19-34-9 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, are hereby repealed.

 

 

 

            NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the Dangerous Wild Animals Act.
