A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Secretary of State to promulgate a legislative rule relating to vote by mail pilot project phase 2: voting by mail.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND BOARDS to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Secretary of State.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 28, 2017, authorized under the authority of §3-3A-3 of this code, relating to the Secretary of State (vote by mail pilot project phase 2: voting by mail, 153 CSR 39), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Secretary of State to promulgate a legislative rule relating to vote by mail pilot project phase 2: voting by mail.
