A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Osteopathic Medicine to promulgate a legislative rule relating to osteopathic physician assistants.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND BOARDS to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Board of Osteopathic Medicine.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on October 17, 2017, authorized under the authority of §30-3E-3 of this code, modified by the Board of Osteopathic Medicine to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on December 6, 2017, relating to the Board of Osteopathic Medicine (osteopathic physician assistants, 24 CSR 2), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Osteopathic Medicine to promulgate a legislative rule relating to osteopathic physician assistants.
