A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §18-5A-7, relating to teachers posting online a required calendar of scheduled activities in their classes that can be viewed by the parents of their students.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

Teachers shall update these calendars as is necessary and may state that the schedule is not finalized.
