A BILL to repeal §16-4A-1, §16-4A-2, §16-4A-3, §16-4A-4, §16-4A-5 and §16-4A-6 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to prenatal examination.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


§1. Repeal of article concerning prenatal examination.

 §16-4A-1, §16-4A-2, §16-4A-3, §16-4A-4, §16-4A-5 and §16-4A-6 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, are hereby repealed.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal article 4A of chapter 16.

This bill was recommended for passage during the 2017 Regular Session of the Legislature by the Legislative Oversight Committee on Health and Human Resources Accountability.
