A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Osteopathic Medicine to promulgate a legislative rule relating to osteopathic physician assistants.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 9. AUTHORIZATION FOR MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND BOARDS TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-9-1. Board of Osteopathic Medicine.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on August 29, 2016, authorized under the authority of section three, article three-e, chapter thirty of this code, modified by the Board of Osteopathic Medicine to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on September 29, 2016, relating to the Board of Osteopathic Medicine (Osteopathic Physician Assistants, 24 CSR 02), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to. authorize the Board of Osteopathic Medicine to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Osteopathic Physician Assistants.
