A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the West Virginia Board of Pharmacy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to licensure and practice of pharmacy.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 9. Authorization for Miscellaneous Boards and agencies to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. West Virginia Board of Pharmacy.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 28, 2023, authorized under the authority of §30-5-7 of this code, modified by the West Virginia Board of Pharmacy to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on September 26, 2023, relating to the West Virginia Board of Pharmacy (licensure and practice of pharmacy, 15 CSR 01), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the West Virginia Board of Pharmacy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to licensure and practice of pharmacy.
