A BILL to repeal §61-7-9 of the West Virginia Code, 1931, as amended, relating to the possession of machine guns.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

 

ARTICLE 7. DANGEROUS WEAPONS.

§61-7-9. Possession of machine guns, penalties.

[Repealed]
