A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding a new section, designated §18-5-55, relating to feminine hygiene products; and providing feminine hygiene products to students in public schools at no cost.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 5. COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION.
§18-5-55. Free feminine hygiene products for students.
County boards of education in this state shall provide students free access to feminine hygiene products in all public schools.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to provide free feminine hygiene products to students in public schools.
