A BILL to repeal §24-2F-8 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to net metering and internet connection standards.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
Article 2F. Alternative and Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard.
§1. Repeal of section related to net metering and interconnection standards.
That §24-2F-8 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended is repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to eliminate net metering of public utilities.
