A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Occupational Therapy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to application for waiver of initial licensing fees for certain individuals.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Board of Occupational Therapy.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 3, 2019, authorized under the authority of §30-1-23 of this code, modified by the Board of Occupational Therapy to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on September 30, 2019, relating to the Board of Occupational Therapy (application for waiver of initial licensing fees for certain individuals, 13 CSR 07), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Occupational Therapy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to application for waiver of initial licensing fees for certain individuals.
