A BILL to repeal §8-13-9 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to repealing the municipality motor vehicle operator’s tax.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

§1. Repeal of section concerning a motor vehicle operator's tax.

    §8-13-9 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is hereby repealed.

    NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the municipality’s authority to impose a motor vehicle operator’s tax.
