A BILL to repeal §61-7-9 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the possession of machine guns.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of section relating to possession of machine guns; penalties.
That §61-7-9 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the section of code making it unlawful to possess a fully automatic weapon.
