A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Department of Agriculture to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the Farm to Food Bank Tax Credit.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellanous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. Department of Agriculture

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 19, 2021, authorized under the authority of §11-13DD-5 of this code, modified by the Department of Agriculture  to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on October 5, 2021, relating to the Department of Agriculture (Farm to Food Bank Tax Credit, 61 CSR 36), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Department of Agriculture to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the Farm to Food Bank Tax Credit.
