A BILL to amend and reenact §64-5-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Department of Health and Human Resources to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Clinical Laboratory Practitioner Licensure and Certification.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


ARTICLE 5. Authorization for Department of health and human resources to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-5-1. Department of Health and Human Resources.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 30, 2021, authorized under the authority of §64-5-1 of this code, modified by the Department of Health and Human Resources  to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on December 16, 2021, relating to the Department of Health and Human Resources  (Clinical Laboratory Practitioner Licensure and Certification, 64 CSR 57), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Department of Health and Human Resources to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Clinical Laboratory Practitioner Licensure and Certification.
