A BILL to repeal §51-2A-2 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to family court jurisdiction, exceptions, and limitations.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
Article 2A. Family Court.
§1. Repeal of section related to family court jurisdiction; exceptions; limitations.
That §51-2A-2 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the section of code limiting the jurisdiction of circuit courts to consider divorce cases.
