A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia,1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §24-1-3a, relating to terminating the Public Service Commission.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS.

§24-1-3a. Termination of the Public Service Commission.

On July 1, 2019, the Public Service Commission is hereby terminated.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to terminate the Public Service Commission.
